Don’t miss to visit the quadrilatero designer shopping district, enclosed between the legendary via Montenapoleone & via della Spiga and the trendy corso Como area with the hipper Corso Como showcase. And what about Milan’s outlet shops & discount stock houses: certainly the best way to buy bargain designer gear! Milan & jewels are to deeply relied. But you can also have fun rummaging through one of the big markets of classical antiquity. Maybe all along the charming Navigli, the old romantic waterways (last Sunday of the month). Gottardo 42/Largo Gustav Mahler (phone 02 8338-9222). Concerts run from late September through May. Movies: in Italy, English-language films are almost always dubbed into Italian. This could be an opportunity to brush up on Italian while having some of the fun out of a night at the cinema. Anyway there are always a few theatres that offer English-language films in the original version 1 night a week: Anteo, Via Milazzo, 9 (Metro stop Moscova), on Monday, Arcobaleno – viale Tunisia, 11 (Metro stop Porta Venezia), on Tuesday and Mexico – via Savona, 57 (Metro stop Porta Genova), also on Thursday. If your Italian is already quite good, why not try it out following a pièce at the Teatro Strehler (Nuovo Piccolo Teatro) or in one of the about 40 theatres in Milan?


Only a few steps from the apartments in the center of Milan of Glamour  Apartments, the roof of the Duomo offers the most exciting view of the city. Among its spiers, if the weather is nice, you will come to see the snow-covered Alps. Crossing the famous Vittorio Emanuele gallery, an elect shopping place, you reach Piazza della Scala, where the famous theater finally appears in the Bottiana rereading. Via Verdi will lead you easily to Brera, which in its amazing Pinacoteca holds famous masterpieces by Raphael, Canaletto, Van Dyck and Rubens. Other Italian masterpieces can be seen at the Pinacoteca Ambrosiana, just 5 minutes from the apartments. The fruit basket of Caravaggio and the adoration of the Magi by Titian, just to name a few. The Castello Sforzesco, 10 minutes away fromthe apartments, is home to the word famous Michelangelo’s Pietà Rondanini and many important museums, including the Museo d’Arte Antica. Continuing your tour from the castle you can easily reach the church of Santa Maria delle Grazie and contemplate Leonardo’s Last Supper (book your visit in advance or ask us to do so!!).
