Booking terms
Reservation: refundable* Down Payment of 20% of the total amount.
Balance: payment of 80% of the total amount 20 days before arrival.
Payments can be made by bank transfer or by credit card.
Using a credit card we need to receive via fax the authorization from the card's owner complete with a signature.
Cancellation policy
* For cancellations till 21 days before Check In 0% penalty.
From 20 days before Check In to 0 hours before Check In 100% penalty.
No Show - 100% penalty.
We highly advise that you take out trip cancellation insurance because in most cases, if the reservation is cancelled the deposit is forfeited. |
